For those who already finish your service and have your 10 years of service left, if you ever get to a fit stage, please keep it up and never let yourself go. Even if you have no time to go the gym, just do situps and pushups at home to maintain - now no more excuse liao after they simplified the IPPT! Literally only takes 30 seconds to psych yourself up, and 1 minute to do the actual exercise everyday. You can probably get away with 2-3 of these every week also. I used to be damn unfit in school (was the classic nerd who was always the worst in PE) but now still maintaining a good-enough pushups and situps count to be able to pass with a 16 minute run. Also, John only 33 meh?! Feel like he's experienced so much and is much more mature than early 30s (Please ah not saying you chao lao you look great)
